Manage which languages are active across the platform. Active languages appear in the worker form language picker and in QR poster generation. All 10 can be active simultaneously.

Workers see their language in both English and its native script (e.g. "Bengali / বাংলা")
Enable RTL layout for Arabic and Urdu
Form and confirmation screens auto-switch to right-to-left for Arabic and Urdu speakers

Roles & permissions
Super Admin
Full platform access. Manage users, all suppliers, settings, and data export.
Compliance lead
View and manage all grievances and surveys. Can escalate. Cannot manage users or settings.
Site manager
View grievances and surveys for their assigned sites only. Cannot export data.
Read only
View-only access to grievances and survey results. No actions permitted.
